Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip provided by our portal.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
